sore winner
i am a sore winner! i'll do anything to increase my chances of victory. it must be said though, i'm not a sore loser. a sore loser blames everything under the sun for their ungainly defeat, but me. i just like to say it was all my fault for my victory.
a friend of mine has race go karts with me a number of times. we were happily joined by other people during these few sessions. so, because of that, the gap between us was always unclear, was it a 5 second gap? or a 50 second gap? no body could tell. anyway, my point is, i'm certain i made clear victory out of them hehehe...
i was criticized for not joining the pack, and leaving them for dead almost all the time. so this left my friends very crossed about me, they would debate about if they were given a head to head rolling start, they would stand a chance to lead me? well yeah!
up to this day, no one knows who is the better driver, in the track at least...so to answer this question, i've had a one on one race with my friend....rolling start...head to head....same body weigh about roughly 80 something kilograms...
from the start, i was pulling away like a rocket compared to a snail....
up to the first corner, the gap was about 1 second....i didn't had the chance to look back because i was busying creating the gap. then after about 3 or 4 laps on to the race, the gap was almost half a lap. which makes the gap roughly about 30 seconds maybe?
obviously, my victory was not a suprise to me and my friends at all....
based on the maths....about 30 seconds gap, i would happily give this another shot...a run for his own money..i start 28 seconds after the first starter.. which i was feeling cocky hehehe...
we'll find out soon
