motorway speed limit

everyday we're told that speed kills and the no.1 killer on the road is speed.

let me ask you something, malaysians are known to be friendly (not me), kind hearted ( me ), and also NOT VERY PUNCTUAL. majority of malaysian's are not punctual for any meeting, weddings, friend's wedding, doctor's appointment. the only time malaysian's are punctual is when they are about to take a flight...thats it..i know best.

the problem is our road networks aren't flowing cars fast enough. the reason is, speed kills....well thats not quite true actually. you see, 110 km/h speed limit is just about the same as it is in switzerland which is very car unfriendly. if you drive over the speed limit, you'll go to prison, thats it.

RIGHT, switzerland is considered to have a good road safety record. let look at germany then ,which we all know is motorhead heaven, it has no speed limit.
yet their death rates on the road is much less compared to malaysia. so what is this telling us.

besides proving that speed doesn't kill that much, it is also telling us that speed never kills. suddenly becoming stationary kills you.

we could up the speed limit in our contry's road network based on this fact. that speed doesn't kill. it wouldn't cause more death on the road....

the biggest killer on the road are incompetent driver, which bribe through their driving test, which is already simply enough.... here, we only have to take 1o hours of class before getting a license...that is why....!

150km/h speed limit?? i will like it even more!

leap year? this year?

hello everyone, thank you for your loyal support to this website. without you readers, i'm still here talking non sense and making jokes at everything...

you know, every 4 years, people of the world come together in one country to play sports, aren't like any other sports, this is a major sport. If you're a sports person....this is where you should end up in...not just by participating but winning gold medal...

what am i talking about?? well its close to the commonwealth games, but just a wee bit bigger. The olympic. i'm happy and proud to say that i was born in 1988 which is also the year which...how do i say.??? well basically...there was a big olympic games that time...

that was the past and here's the future. as you all know, this year's olympic games will be in beijing. also you know, the chinese people are obsessed with the number 8. whatever the chinese people do, number 8 is always a priority on the other hand, the number 4 is always a no no...having a party on 4th of april 2004??? no no no no...but getting divorce on the 8 of august 2008...good one...   Well here's my question...if the chinese are so obsessed with the number 8, why didn't they hosted the olympics in 8th of august 1988???? it's 8/8/88 which as you know it, is 4 eights... while this year's 8th of august is just 3 eights....anyway moving on!

i went on the olympic website to get some info on the type of sports that will be played this summer...this is so i could strike up a conversation with anyone...my findings were not really what you called astonishing but it just gave me and idea... you see, there are more sports played in the 2008 olympics compared to i dunno ...0004??  well...more and more sports will be played in the future olympics.. as you all know it.. some sports weren't on the olympics before that. such as bodybuilding, which took some serious debate to get it onto the olympics...

after looking at the points of the debate...i think we could add some sports to the olympics without too much harm... they could have like

car racing - isn't it great...you have bicycle racing..why can't we have car racing?
motorcycle racing - well if car racing is in the olympics, the motorcyclist will be jealous too huh
cooking competition - its athletic in every way...
singing competition -  imagine the viewers that will stay away from the american idol....
bazooka shooting - hey! if you allow clay pigeon shooting...why can't we have heat seeking    missle
speed eating competition - obviously that japanese guy will win
cheese burger competition - i bet no country stand a chance with the americans
beer drinking competition - no one stand a chance to the germans
pole dancing event - hey..those people recognize it as a sport...i don't know....great too
spelling bee - the english champion will spell russian words and chinese people spell english words

those were my suggestion of sport...and here are the sports which i will not suggest for olympic

cheerleading - there is a better career if you want to make people cheer. i've seen more cheerful   smiles from  petrol station attendance!
watching tv competition -  this is when you know the nation is getting fatter...this is basically saying getting fat as sports
dog hunting/eating - no way...dogs are meant to be love. sorry koreans
maths competition - well..unless you don't have any friends....join them
golf - hey come on!...one game of golf is more than 4 years!
speed reading - i don't like fast speakers...

well..there you have it...everything in its place and in the right category

headlines

now, over the recent weeks, i've seen some weird news...most of it are international news..

the first news i want to talk about is angelina jolie's twins....the picture of the twins are said to be worth about 14 million dollars... now listen, if i'm going to pay 14 million dollars for a picture, i expect to get the twin babies too...14 million for a photograph! don't you think with the equivalent money we could buy her babies????

ahhh....the second news, which i just read today, its about Moro Islamic Liberation Front, also known as MILF....do you think they thought it through??? don't they know what that means?
